How do I start the process as an international patient?

Share your medical reports via email or WhatsApp. Dr. Abhishek will personally review and share an opinion along with an indicative treatment plan and cost estimate within 24-48 hours.

Do you help with medical visas?

Yes — we provide an official invitation letter from BLK-Max hospital which can be submitted to the Indian embassy for a medical visa (MEDVISA).

Will someone receive me at the airport?

Yes — our international patient coordinator arranges airport pick-up and transfer to the hospital or hotel.

Are interpreters available?

Yes — Arabic, French, Russian, Bengali, Swahili and other interpreters are available on request.

Where will I stay?

A range of accommodation options are available near the hospital — from budget guest houses to 5-star hotels and service apartments.

How much does treatment cost?

Costs are transparent and significantly lower than Western countries. You will receive a detailed estimate before travelling. Package rates are often available for cancer surgeries.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made in USD, EUR, AED, GBP or local currency via wire transfer or cards. Insurance-based treatment is also supported for select providers.
